NOTE: The office will open for the Fall 2015 semester on Thursday 8/26

The physics tutoring center, located in Rockefeller B-14, aims to provide free help to students in

PHYS 1101: General Physics I
PHYS 1102: General Physics II
PHYS 1112: Physics I - Mechanics
PHYS 2207: Fundamentals of Physics I
PHYS 2208: Fundamentals of Physics II
PHYS 2213: Physics II - Electromagnetism

Robert Lieberman also offers two backup courses, Physics 1012 and 1013 which cover the material in the sequence 1112/2213. These 00 courses emphasize understanding concepts through problem solving and real world applications.

Physics 1012 is offered in the Spring semester.
Physics 1013 is offered in the Fall semester .
The courses meet Wednesday Evenings from 7:30 to 9:00 PM in Rockefeller 115.

We are located in the basement of Rockefeller Hall (B-14) and are open seven days a week. The center is run by senior lecturer Robert Lieberman and our staff is comprised of undergraduates who understand the difficulty of physics and the need to juggle physics with a busy course load.
