Assignment #2: The architectural detail

Issued: 29 January 2002
Due: 5 February 2002

On a single sheet of 11" x 17" paper, create a detail section, as follows:

  • Choice #1: detail of countertop and partition for accessible toilet room.

  • Choice #2: revise detail No. 5133 (Sage Hall) so that the steel-framed structure supports a concrete finish floor, with a 3-1/2" high exposed concrete edge flush with the gypsum board fascia.
  • Choice #3: any other detail of your choice (with permission of instructor)

Scale: 3" = 1'-0"
